Come and join our community of pilgrims on a virtual walk through a Zoom meeting on Saturday May 2, 2020 at 10am. During this time of isolation because of COVID- 19, we cannot walk as a group so we wanted to create a feeling of community by getting our pilgrims together through technology. Join us to hear reflections, music and other information about walking with purpose. If you want to get the Zoom meeting link sent to you, please send an email to caminomanitoba@gmail.com requesting a Zoom link.

Every year, about 300,000 people walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain, one of the oldest Christian pilgrimages in the world.
They seek silence and spiritual reflection as they travel 800 kilometres to Santiago de Compostela in the northern part of the country, the burial place of the apostle James.
Not everyone has the time, energy or resources to make such a trip, but Winnipeggers interested in pilgrimages can get a taste of them by joining the Camino Manitoba walk on Saturday (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
"We want to offer people a chance to enjoy the peacefulness and spiritual aspect of walking," says organizer Gilles Boulley. read full Winnipeg Free Press article online here.
